Once upon a time, signs claiming “100% Leased” could be found proudly mounted below CRE brokerage signs at industrial projects across the land. Historians say these signs have rarely been spotted, except in photo archives, since the mid-2000′s. One of these ancient signs will be dusted off and once again be affixed below our brokerage sign at Etchandy Industrial Complex in Placentia.
That’s right, I just received executed leases for the last remaining suite in the project, a 3,840 sq. ft. unit at 1800 E. Miraloma Avenue. Etchandy Industrial Complex, a 52,838 sq. ft. industrial project, is now 100% LEASED!
By the way, Etchandy Industrial Complex II in Placentia (165,158 sq. ft.) is currently 94% leased with one vacancy and Etchandy Commerce Center in Anaheim (102,065 sq. ft.) is currently 97% leased with two vacancies. All three Etchandy projects are along Miraloma Avenue between Lakeview Avenue and Richfield Road.
